MAYBE I SHOULD JUST OPEN A RESTAURANT

I love to cook so it's no hardship for me to spend time on Sundays cooking for the upcoming week. Cooking is also a great stress reliever for me. The last two weeks at work have been quite stressful so I, uh, went a little crazy this past Sunday.

Clockwise, from top left: porkchop alla pizzaiola; Tuscan salad; spaghetti with asparagas, mozzarella and prosciutto; chicken saltimbocca; and spaghetti alla carbonara. Not shown: shrimp tossed in pesto sauce which was Sunday night's pre-Oscar dinner. Half of this went into the freezer for future meals; the rest will be dinner AND lunch this week.

Next week, maybe I'll try out some provincial French recipes. In the meantime; buon appetito.

I wish I lived next door to you and then I'd come over for dinner every night, until you kicked me out. :)

Cooking and slicing and chopping and baking are good for you! I always feel better if I've fed someone. When a relationship goes bad it's the cooking they stop letting me do first. Note to self: never pin your heart on a man who doesn't love you and your food.
You go girl!!!!! There will never be enough stuff ready to eat in the freezer or on the table!!!!!
I even take things in the car when going to the Ballet or a Concert or Play. It's not tailgating it's pre show food and then we go to dinner after the concert. So cook...cook to your heart's content. When you stop cooking you're dead.
